Sonia's enthusiasm for communication is infectious and immediately clear from the first moment she starts her sessions. Her ability to engage a cross-disciplinary group in discussion, dissection and development of plain language principles and processes is a delight to be a part of. The team really enjoyed the workshop and provided really positive feedback.

I would highly recommend Sylaba's Plain Language Workshop. Sonia showed us the importance of using plain language and gave us fun and practical exercises to help us say what we mean more clearly. Sonia's expertise and passion for community translation are inspiring. If you care about communicating well, this workshop is for you!

Sonia’s plain language workshop was great experience. She took the time to understand our existing knowledge of plain language and adapted the workshop to our needs. The session prompted some fantastic discussions and encouraged us to reflect on our current communication methods and how we can continue to build our skills.
